Cuisine

The tradition of South Tyrol marries a new and refined cuisine, which includes both meat and fish menus. We only use selected ingredients of the highest quality, prepared with cooking techniques that exalt the flavors and maintain the organoleptic qualities unaltered, like the innovative vacuum insulation cooking.

Guests who have to follow a special diet to address allergies or food intolerances (for instance a gluten-free diet), can let us know in advance, and our Chef will prepare special-made delicacies.

Our buffet breakfast is one of our highlights. Every morning, our buffet offers delicious homemade cakes, yogurt, fresh fruit, muesli, cereals, fruit juices, coffee, milk, cold cuts, cheese and all that can delight your palate during your mountain holiday.
